When the owners of this beautiful South Burlington home needed more garage space they called DC Construction. We worked with them to design and build a 400 sqft. garage addition and roof top deck with a great view of Lake Champlain. The addition is a perfect match to their classic Vermont home.

PROJECT: Garage Addition, Roof Top Deck
MATERIALS: AZEK Decking, Black AZEK Railing, Natural Stone
PROCESS: Remove current porch. Build new garage & roof top deck. Finish with black AZEK railing, natural stone and custom garage door.

Step 1: Demo of their old porch to make room
for their new garage additon

Step 2: With their old porch removed, we can now begin
building the foundation for their new garage addition.

Step 3: Once the foundation is fully set,
we begin framing the new garage.

Step 4: Next we start building the 400 sqft Roof Top Deck

Step 5: Now it's time for the finishing steps, to finish the garage we install energy efficient double-pane windows with Low-E glass,
and natural stone.

Step 6: To finish the deck we lay down long lasting AZEK bricks with a black AZEK railing ... and the natural stonework continues.
