		The Building Process The planning and design of your project is just as important as the actual construction. Good planning will enable the project to move smoothly and ensure that the end result is what you expected.

Step 1:

to schedule our 1st. meeting.

Step 2:

We will meet at your home and discuss your ideas for your house. I will lend my ideas and share with you your design options and material choices. We will measure and layout size, then determine a size/design from which I can put a detailed estimate together for you.

Step 3:

Depending on the scope of the project I will:

a.	Call or e-mail you with an estimate and discuss the specifications.
b.	I will provide you with a written estimate with pricing and design specifications.
c.	We will schedule a 2nd meeting to go over pricing and design in person.

Step 4:

You will contact us to let us know that you would like to proceed with the project.

Step 5:

We will schedule you for the project and send you a written proposal. Since our work is outside we are weather dependent and we make every effort to start and complete our projects as scheduled, as our testimonials will attest to.

Normal payment for our projects is $500.00 with signed contract.

Under $30,000.00

50% of contract price on starting date

remainder on completion

Over $30,000.00

1/3 of contract price on starting date

1/3 of contract price on pre-determined completion of project

Call Family and Friends (do not need to call the neighbors they have been watching since day 1 when two trucks, a trailer full of tools, an excavator and a huge concrete truck showed up at your house)
