Step 1:

Step 2:
We will meet at your home and discuss your ideas for your house. I will lend my ideas and share with you your design
options and material choices. We will measure and layout size, then determine a size/design from which I can put a
detailed estimate together for you.
Step 3:
Depending on the scope of the project I will:
- Call or e-mail you with an estimate and discuss the specifications.
- I will provide you with a written estimate with pricing and design specifications.
- We will schedule a 2nd meeting to go over pricing and design in person.
Step 4:
You will contact us to let us know that you would like to proceed with the project.
Step 5:
We will schedule you for the project and send you a written proposal. Since our work is outside we are weather dependent and we make every effort to start and complete our projects as scheduled, as our testimonials will attest to.
- Normal payment for our projects is $500.00 with signed contract.
- 50% of contract price on starting date
- remainder on completion
Over $30,000.00
- 1/3 of contract price on starting date
- 1/3 of contract price on pre-determined completion of project
- remainder on completion

Call Family and Friends (do not need to call the neighbors they have been watching since day 1 when two trucks, a trailer full of tools, an excavator and a huge concrete truck showed up at your house)
